Here is a review of a patio project with turf and gravel in Cork,carried out by All Stone Driveways.
First we started by removing the old existing patio and lawn and replaced it with a new foundation. That of course meant a bed of 804 crushed stone base together with a fiber optic membrane to prevent weed growth. We installed a new land drainage system with percolation stones where the turf will eventually go.
We laid the patio with 600×300 Silver Granite Newgrange Flags and enclosed it with a charcoal border. Our team poured down gravel chippings in designated area and laid down turf grass in the rest.
With these different textures and surfaces the garden looks overall harmonious and inviting.
